HOT TUBS NORTHWEST

Tylö® Saunas

Tylö is Sweden’s sauna maker, and the only sauna brand we put the Hot Tubs Northwest name behind. Choose traditional, infrared, or hybrid heat, for indoors or out, built with the craft you expect from the country that invented the modern sauna heater.

Shop by Size

Tylö saunas range from compact one-person cabins to family-size rooms. Compare models by size and find the sauna that fits your home.

Why Tylö

Tylö has built saunas in Sweden since 1949, and it shows in the details: even, reliable heat, cabins that are a pleasure to sit in, and finishes made to last in a damp, high-heat room for years. This is a company that makes the heaters, the controls, and the rooms, so the whole thing is engineered to work together.

They also make the widest range we can put in front of you, from a compact indoor infrared cabin to a weather-ready outdoor room. Whatever kind of heat and whatever spot in the house or yard you have in mind, there is a Tylö built for it.

Indoor Traditional: Reflection & Halmstad

The classic sweat, indoors. Both use a stone-and-steam heater you ladle water over for the soft burst of steam that makes a traditional sauna. The Reflection is the design-forward flagship, made to sit in a real living space. The Halmstad is the warm, cedar-lined classic that comes in a range of sizes for the home.

Outdoor Traditional: Luleå

A true outdoor sauna, built for the weather. The Luleå is a traditional stone-heat room designed to live in the backyard year-round, so you get the full, hot, steamy experience a few steps from the back door, snow or shine. It is the model Northwest buyers fall for, because it turns the climate here into a feature instead of a problem.

Infrared & Hybrid: Kiruna

Gentler heat and the easiest way into a daily habit. The Kiruna uses CarbonFlex® infrared, which warms your body directly, feels milder, and heats up fast. The Kiruna Hybrid adds a stone heater in the same cabin, so you can run infrared one day and a full traditional steam session the next. It is the flexible pick when the household cannot agree on one kind of heat.

Tylö Quality and Craftsmanship

Top-of-the-market quality, every kind of heat, and Swedish design that looks as good as it feels.

Swedish craft, engineered together

Tylö makes the heaters, the controls, and the cabins, so the whole sauna is designed to work as one. Even heat, sensible controls, and a room built to hold up.

Every kind of heat

Traditional, infrared, and hybrid, all under one brand. You are not forced into a heat type by a limited line-up, so you can pick the one that actually fits how you like it.

Indoors or out

Compact indoor cabins and weather-ready outdoor rooms, so a Tylö fits the spot you have, whether that is a spare room, a gym, or the backyard.

Sized to fit your space

Twelve models across five collections, from a compact cabin for one or two up to a room the whole household fits in. Pick the size and the heat, and there is a Tylö that fits.

Tylö FAQ

Here are answers to the questions we hear most about Tylö saunas. The Learning Center covers each one in more depth.

Which Tylö collection should I look at?

Start with the heat you want and where it will go. Want the hot, steamy classic indoors? Look at Reflection or Halmstad. Want it outside year-round? The Luleå. Want gentler infrared, or the option of both? Kiruna and Kiruna Hybrid. Tell us your space and we will narrow it down with you.

Can a Tylö sauna go outside?

Yes. The Luleå is a weather-ready outdoor sauna built to live in the backyard through a Northwest winter. Other collections are designed for indoors. We will match the model to where you want to put it.

Do I need special wiring?

It depends on the model and heater. Some smaller infrared cabins run on a standard household circuit, while larger traditional heaters need a dedicated circuit installed by an electrician. We will tell you exactly what a given model needs before you buy.
