I've worked with Jeff for the past 9 years of owning a health club with three bodies of water, a 25 yard 4-lane lap pool, smaller "kids" pool and a large hot tub. Oh, and a sauna and steam room. Over this time, I have replaced several parts, from heaters to filters and pumps to strainer baskets. Jeff and the staff at Northwest Hotsprings have always been helpful, friendly and done what they say at the price they quoted. I suppose this is why I've stuck with them for my 9+ years of ownership.
