Very Pleased With The Whole Process

Pleased with the sales process. i really didn't shop around for hot tubs because I wanted to deal with someone local. They were running a special with a $1,000 off 2016 models in stock, which we took advantage of. One thing I liked about their sales process was they price the spas with everything included and so if you don't want something the price gets lowered. Most places have a low price with no options included and then the price starts going up. After one false attempt at delivery because of snow I was able to get it delivered today and set up. The delivery crew of Marcus, Quin and Andrew did a great job manhandling it into position and then getting it set up. They were quick and efficient and did an outstanding job. Overall I am very pleased with the whole process.
