I first went into NW Hot Springs in early December. Andrew Boe greeted me immediately! He asked questions to determine what I was looking for and showed me a few different options. Once it was decided that I was going to buy the Relay Spa, Andrew looked into discounts and time frame for delivery. Because it was later on a Saturday, he needed to follow up the following Monday for a delivery date and did so as promised. He was spot on with communication and would call or email back within an hour. In addition to Andrew's excellent customer service, I was very pleased with Quinn and Ray (delivery team). They were quick and knowledgeable even though they were brand new to the company. I will definitely recommend the Ferndale location to my friends and family.
