Very happy with our purchase of a hot tub from NW Hot Springs in Ferndale. Andrew (salesman) was very easy to talk too. We have never owned a hot tub before. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us all the spas that were in our price range and on our specs wish list. We didn't feel like we were being pressured to buy anything. Scheduling the delivery was very easy and painless. Everyone showed up early as requested by us, due to being on a time crunch that day. Quinn and David (Delivery) were very respectful and took the time to explain everything to us as it was being done. Even after the install, I've called/emailed Andrew at the store to ask questions about routine maintenance for the spa, and he has been very helpful and quickly responded to my emails/calls. I would highly recommend Northwest Hot Springs in Ferndale to anyone looking to buy a spa.
