Just a quick thank you to Jay for the prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service we reiceved from him while installing a pool heater. He went above and beyond while dealing with a sassy dog (or two), and an inquisitive homeowner. Each time we have had NWHSS come out for a repair of our pool equipment or hot tub, they have diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly without any problems. The staff from the sales dept. to the delivery dept. always answer any questions we may have.
