We bought our spa in 2004. It's been dependable with minor fixes. I like this place as they are happy to walk you through steps yourself to fix any problem. This can save you money and them a trip for something I can easily do. When it did need service the repairman got here way before they thought he would be able to and quickly did his work. The spa was up and running quickly! I really appreciated his attitude and quick work! SPA time!
