Purchased a hot tub from Northwest Hot Springs in Ferndale recently. Our sales person Andrew did a great job helping with selecting the right time for family in arranging for the electrician and the scheduling of the delivery. The delivery team did a great job and were very courteous and professional. They went over everything from running the hot tub also how to maintain the chemicals. What makes it nice they have a service team if needed and they are always there to answer any questions. A great place to buy a hot tub. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.
