HOT TUBS NORTHWEST

Saunas

A sauna gives you deep heat, better sleep, and a quiet place to reset. We carry Tylö, the Swedish sauna maker, in traditional, infrared, and hybrid, for indoors or out. Come feel the difference at our Burlington, Ferndale, and Lake Stevens showrooms.

Three Kinds of Heat

Every sauna delivers the same payoff: loosened muscles, dropped stress, and easier sleep. They just get there with different kinds of heat, and the right one comes down to how hot you like it and how you want it to feel. Here is the honest difference between the three.

Which Sauna Is Right for You?

You do not have to guess. Traditional runs hot and lets you make steam. Infrared runs milder and warms you directly. Hybrid does both. The fastest way to know is to sit in each one, so come feel them side by side at the showroom and let your body decide.

Why a Sauna

A few minutes of deep heat does more than feel good. Here is what owners keep coming back for, and why the habit is easier when the sauna is a few steps from the house.

Recovery and sore muscles

Heat brings blood to tired muscles and joints, which is why athletes and weekend warriors alike finish a hard day in the sauna. It is one of the oldest recovery tools there is.

Stress and sleep

The quiet and the heat are a hard reset for a busy head, and a warm-down in the evening helps a lot of people fall asleep faster. For many owners it is the real reason they use it daily.

A warm ritual in a cold climate

In the Northwest, deep heat on a wet, dark evening is its own reward. A sauna turns the worst of the winter into the best part of the day.

A habit you actually keep

The best wellness habit is the one you use. A sauna a few steps from the house, indoors or out, is easy to make part of the week instead of a trip you talk yourself out of.

The Wellness Benefits of Sauna

Wellness has never been a destination; it is a rhythm. Whether you are decompressing after a long day or recovering after a workout, our saunas offer a space to reset. With Tylö, heat becomes more than a temporary state. It becomes a habit.

Sauna FAQ

Here are answers to the questions we hear most about saunas. The Learning Center covers each one in depth.

Infrared or traditional, which is better?

Neither is better, they feel different. Traditional runs hot and lets you make steam for an intense, classic session. Infrared runs milder and warms your body directly, so it is easier to sit in longer and quicker to heat up. A hybrid does both. The best way to choose is to try them.

Indoor or outdoor?

Both. Tylö makes cabins designed for indoors and weather-ready models built for the backyard, like the outdoor Luleå. We will help you match the model to where you want it and how much room you have.

How often should I use it?

As often as you like, and consistency is where the benefit is. Many owners settle into a few sessions a week of fifteen to twenty minutes. Hydrate before and after, and listen to your body.
